Shopping with us
You can Order Products in the following ways:
-online via this website;
-by email us;
When you place an Order for a Product in any of the ways described above ("Order") you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you with a further email. If the Product is available and the details of the Order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the Products purchased. If the Product is not available we will also let you know by email.


We may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion.


Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock


Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment


The identification of a pricing or product description error


CARD HOLDERS billing address on the CARD HOLDERS credit card are not same


Shipping &Custom
Shipping policy


We will ship out your package within 1-3 business days after the confirmation of your payment. We package your products in carton box, in order to keep them in good condition.


Shipping method
We deliver your package through international couriers like Air Mail, Registered Air Mail, EMS, Fedex, UPS and DHL. Customers can choose the shipping method they like.


Friendly reminder: if your package contained too many branded products, we may deliver it via different couriers in order to avoid the customs problem.


Shipping cost
The shipping cost depends on the items you choose, the size and the weight of the products and the shipping method you choose. You can collect items together to save the shipping cost. For the returned orders due to incorrect, incomplete address, or any issues caused by customs, the shipping cost is non-refundable. In this case, we will refund payment to customers, excluding the shipping cost that had been incurred.


Delivery time
Generally, delivery time is composed of processing time, packaging time and actual shipping time.


Processing time = From the time we receive your order to when we packaging it, 1-2 business days are needed to check your order, confirm your payment and verify your address.


Please pay attention to that we do not process your orders on weekend or holidays. Therefore, please allow another 1-2 business days to process your weekend orders.


Packaging time = After processing your order, we will send a confirmation to the warehouse. Then your order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days if it is still in stock. You will be informed if the products are out of stock.


Actual shipping time = The time it takes for the shipping companies to deliver your package to you.


In general, the delivery time of each international courier is as below:


Air Mail: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 10-30 business days from the day they are shipped.


Note: There is no tracking number for air mail.


Registered Air Mail: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 10-30 business days from the day they are shipped.


Fedex: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.


UPS: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.


DHL: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.


Please be aware that the shipping time may be influenced by many factors, such as customs inspection or postal delay. If you can’t receive packages within 4 weeks, please kindly inform us.


Customs


For international shippment, the recipient is responsible for all the customs charges by his/her country. Since the customs policy differs from country to country, to be comply with the law and regulations of your country, we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information before you make any order.
